L1 Operator Certification

Job Value Range: $280 - $350 per job Prerequisites: None — entry level Written Exam: 30 questions, 75% passing, 45 minutes Practical: Required — assessor sign-off on all safety domains

What L1 Unlocks

• TechMedix dispatch eligibility for routine maintenance jobs
• Access to the BCR marketplace (entry tier)
• Authority to perform visual inspections, battery swaps, and basic maintenance
• Permission to log and escalate P1/P2 alerts in TechMedix

What L1 Does Not Unlock

• Actuator disassembly (requires L2)
• CAN bus or ROS 2 diagnostics (requires L2)
• Multi-platform assignments (requires L3)
• Team leadership or enterprise contracts (requires L4+)
