Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us through forms on our website (name, email, company), robot fleet telemetry data under service agreements, and standard web analytics via Plausible (privacy-first, no cookies).
How We Use It
Fleet data is used exclusively to provide TechMedix diagnostics. Contact information is used to respond to inquiries and deliver service updates. We do not sell personal data.
Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf (Formspree for forms, Plausible for analytics, Vercel for hosting)
- Infrastructure subprocessors for the TechMedix service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Moonshot AI (Kimi) (vision and language models for AR repair guidance), and Stripe (payment processing for the parts store — card data goes directly to Stripe)
- Connected integrations: if you connect TechMedix to Muse or another third-party service, the fleet data you ask about is transmitted to that service to fulfill your request, subject to the permissions you grant
- When required by law or to protect our rights
- With your explicit consent
API Keys
Connector API keys are stored as salted hashes, never in plaintext, and can be revoked instantly from the TechMedix dashboard. A key only ever accesses the fleet of the customer it was issued to.
Data Retention
Form submissions are retained for 2 years for business records. Fleet telemetry is retained per service agreement terms. Analytics data is retained per Plausible's privacy policy.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
